Please let other people hear this. Do not blindly cut on your diet. I did this and started losing muscle fast af and not much fat (although I did got rid of some fat). But you don't want to become extremely weak. Be consistent and take small steps. Increasing with time

I am not severley overweight but a lottle bit. I have lost 25kg and i am not obese anymore. Should i start bulking now ?? . I still have little bit fat

I'm 15 and have been bulking and training for one year. I have gained significant amount of muscle mass since I started but I have got fat (around 18-20% body fat). Should I still bulk or have a mini cut. If I do cut what should I lower my body fat percentage to?

The thing is, if I wouldā€™ve worked out as a teen I wouldā€™ve became a narcissist and I probably wouldnā€™t go through the lessons I know now, I started lifting at 20 years old and when I think about all the shit I went through alone in my head and all the people who treated me like shit is a lesson learned up until today and now I understand why I should start lifting at 20 years old

I was 300lbs at 15, I needed to cut. I got down to 180lbs in about 7 months through a VERY strict diet. Iā€™m talking MAYBE 1,000 calories a day. Iā€™ve been about 6ā€™2ā€ since I turned 15, Iā€™m going on 18 now. I honestly think if I didnā€™t cut so hard at such a young age I couldā€™ve been a good 6ā€™4ā€ by now with a proper diet, but it was worth it not to be obese lol

Important to note that you can easily maingain and people who say you can't are fooling you. I've gained around 10 pounds every year for the last 3 years straight maintaining around 12% bf

I started cutting with 70 kg measuring 1.80 due to body dysmorphia and I ended up losing 20 kg in a month and a halfšŸ’€šŸ’€
