The same person you ask if they need anything else before you leave the room, they say no, then hit their call light 2 min later because they need to go to the bathroom, and of course they're a slow x1 w/ GB+W and you don't have a tech... Then you get them back to bed, ask again, they say no again, then 1 min after you leave that call asking for a snack/juice, or repositioning, or for you to plug their phone in to the charger, etc 😮💨 obviously this can't all be done in just 1 trip to their room - has to be at least 3-5 times being called in before they decide they're do

I'm a bit of a frequent flyer for legitimate reasons. I have never done any of that and sent my dad to another state when I was told I was dying in an ICU bed because he made one of the nurses cry by yelling at her. I am also pretty certain that's why, despite being told I would probably die in the next few weeks, I am still here 12 years later.
