I love being a warehouse guy for this particular housing supplies company. Less NEED to go to a gym cuz of moving heavy stuff with and without a forklift, sometimes customers order smaller things which i can simply walk to get with shrink wrap i’ve finally started finding my pace, the managers are pretty nice and they like my work ethic, and we get along like a team not “family”, our branch is one of the stars of our region, and they’re okay with a 5 minute mental reset break here and there. All i need now is something to occupy me on my days off instead of just the videogames – because don’t get me wrong, they’re fun, but variety is the spice of life – and maybe a group of people about my age, and i’ll be happy until i can finally get out of my parents’ house, which feels like i’m overdue for, but better late than never. 🤷♂

This short sounds like "why would you want to adopt a way of thinking that reduces my client base"? Some of us, and I would say many of us, yes, like it where we are (or at least prefer it where we are) or what we do for more reasons than making money.
