You hit the nail on the head! La Paz is like a small town, not a big city, and that's one of the things that I love so much about it. Reminds me in some ways of the capital city of Nebraska, Lincoln. Size wise, and the fact that a lot of people know each other. But as far as the weather and the beauty of the city, there's no comparison between La Paz and Lincoln! ✌️
