My favorite items I always bought at AH was their brand of milk chocolate bars which they no longer make, and my favorite Gouda cheese, the regular AH Extra Belegen cheese.

I noticed the mixed salads do not exist in German supermarkets. Have you heard of or been to Ter Huurne? It is in Buurse, a supermarket literally on the Dutch/German border South of Enschede.
