Playing a bass like a guitarist. This is not great bass playing, it’s at the very best great guitar playing on the bass.
Can see it on your fingers of the left hand, how wrong you press them and of course you play with pick and SWEEP.
It’s not just a bigger four stringed guitar, it’s a whole another instrument, which technically might be played similarly, but the function of it in the song differs sooooo much from guitar; yet you know not how to come up with that, so you just use it like a guitar.
Guitar playing? Great!
Bass playing? There’s none.
