At Birling Gap and the Seven Sisters.
At Birling Gap and the Seven Sisters. Birling Gap is a popular coastal hub, where the South Downs meet the sea. It’s part of the world-famous Seven Sisters chalk cliffs, one of the longest stretches of undeveloped coastline on the south coast.
The Seven Sisters, near Eastbourne, is one of the most striking landmarks in Sussex. One of its most noteworthy appearances is in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, the fourth instalment of the world-famous series. In the 2005 film, the Seven Sisters cliffs were the backdrop for shots where Harry Potter walks up the hill to find boots that transport him to the Quidditch World Cup.
