I wouldn't stress about the pacifier. Both my girls gave them up on their own when they were ready, around the age of 2 1/2 to 3. I just didn't have it in me and picked my battles, so to speak. I also didn't rush into potty training. By the time they started Kindergarten, they had weaned themselves off both their pacifiers and sippy cups and they were both fully potty trained. It's just not worth the stress to you if they're not ready. Hang in there, you're doing a great job!

The 1:57 feeling so overwhelmed is so underrated!! You’re doing great dad! Some moms can’t even do an ounce of what you have done for your children! You are truly a blessing and appreciated more than you know ❤

A reminder for these moments - shes safe, shes not in immediate danger, so take a second and walk away. Take a minute for yourself to regroup and remind yourself that you're doing a good job.
You went through the checklist of all the things it could be and knew she was just being fussy and having a moment but because you were overwhelmed and just wanted her to not be sad you second guessed yourself.
Make sure shes not in immediate danger, take a second to breathe, and then reassess.
Sometimes when you reassess you'll realise what it is and it can be solved easily, other times you'll realise it's nothing and shes just having a day.
