Sun, sweating and swimming are probably worst you can do for healing tattoo and she did all of them.
Just makes me wonder if she didn't know or didn't care..
Btw. being drunk while getting tattoed isn't doing any good either.

She's lucky it wasn't worse. Several years back a guy got tattooed in Port Aransas TX and went in the ocean. He got a flesh eating bacteria and it killed him.
