I would say when working out is apart of your job it is easy. I used to be in the best shape of my life when I could hit the gym 2x a say cardio in the am and weights in the PM. Wish it was that easy again.

If your body has always food to digest, it has very little time to repair and grow muscles optimally, 2 meals a day, with a 12h eating period and 12 fast it’s a way more clever way to benefit from muscle growth, also studies suggests that over 1.2g/k there isn’t any increase in growth proportioned to increase in protein intake, therefore, east less, rest properly. 6 meals a day / 3/4 training per week and probably lots of supplements it’s literally the worst thing you can do.
