If your body has always food to digest, it has very little time to repair and grow muscles optimally, 2 meals a day, with a 12h eating period and 12 fast it’s a way more clever way to benefit from muscle growth, also studies suggests that over 1.2g/k there isn’t any increase in growth proportioned to increase in protein intake, therefore, east less, rest properly. 6 meals a day / 3/4 training per week and probably lots of supplements it’s literally the worst thing you can do.
