Balance starts with your body’s ability to stabilize from the core and hips. Your deep core stabilizers stabilize your spine through movement and your hips stabilizers stabilize your pelvis through movement too.

Try starting from the ground and really working on your core and hip stabilization, then standing supported, THEN on one leg. 😉
