If you need help with the translated title of a show, feel free to ask, and I will do my best to answer. A few more notes ---

01. As it turns out, I have some schedules from the last few days of 1996 as well, but Cartoon Network was not included in them. They had listings for the 24 hours version of TNT instead.
02. Interestingly enough, the first few schedules from January 1997 have listings for the 24 hours version of Cartoon Network, though I am not sure how many people over here had access to that. I for one, didn't see it.
03. On Saturday 22nd - Sunday 23rd February 1997 there was a 48 hours long Scooby-Doo Marathon.
04. I didn't include screenshots for every day (since they mostly had minor changes, if any listed for the schedules), but in March 1997 they did list various marathons each Saturday. Included in the video is March 1st, which had a Bugs Bunny marathon, but they also had Hong Kong Phooey (March 8th), Droopy & Dripple (March 15th) and Yogi Bear (March 22nd).
05. On April 14th 1997 Blinky Bill premiered. It's kind of funny but the show was given its own entry in the magazine (I also included a screenshot).
06. Starting July 1st 1997, they had a marathon called Wimbletoon for the entire week (weekdays at 17:00, and weekends at 14:00), a play on the Wimbledon Tennis tournament, which included various cartoons (mostly episodes related to tennis - like Tom & Jerry or Scooby-Doo).
07. Starting July 28th, they had a Flintstones Week, airing weekdays between 07:00-11:00, which apparently ended on Friday with an all day marathon (well, 07:00-21:00, anyway). At least that's what is listed in the magazine.
08. Between 23rd - 25th August, they had another Scooby weekend (07:00-21:00 each day). For some reason it lasted from Saturday until Monday.
09. I am pretty sure Batman: The Animated Series premiered on Monday September 1st. It's not listed in the guide on that day, nor was it given its own entry, but it does appear listed in subsequent days.
10. No special programming appears listed in the guide for Halloween. This might have been an oversight, though, since I think they did have something on that occasion. But I cannot remember for sure.
11. Likewise, for Christmas, no special schedule appears other than a few Holiday Specials scattered on various days - A Flintstone Family Christmas (December 21st), The Town Santa Forgot (December 24th) and How the Grinch Stole Christmas (December 25th), but that's it. Again, the guide might not be complete since I am pretty sure they had more Christmas programming back then.
12. I have more TV guides from between 1998-2008 (possibly even more), but keep in mind somewhere during that time they would start listing the ROMANIAN version of Cartoon Network, not the UK one as these earlier schedules. I might try and scan more stuff like this and post here, when I have the time and depending on how "popular" this video turns out to be.
