It took me 4 years of learning by myself and youtube tutorials on how to hit a one handed back hand. Those 4 years being my high school years and one of my tennis seasons being taken from me via covid. So I know and love the feeling

Never knew you played basketball or could dunk lol. Iโm in the opposite boat, tennis > basketball. You got any vertical jump/dunk workouts? I can grab rim but probably need like 4-5 more inches of height

I love tennis but itโs one of the most technical and frustrating sports ever if you are serious about winning matches, it is so easy to lose your emotions once you make mistakes in matches, specially easy mistakes that you never do in practice
