Fasting Dryfruits Smoothie
Ingredients:
**Milk**: 2 cups
**Dates**: 3 to 4, pitted
**Anjeer (Fig)**: 3 to 4, chopped
**Cashews**: 6 to 8
walnuts 4 to 6
**Almonds**: 6 to 8
**Pistachios**: 8 to 10
**Saffron**: A pinch
Method:
1. **Heat the Milk**: Gently warm the milk in a saucepan, but do not bring it to a boil.
2. **Soak Ingredients**: In a bowl, combine the warm milk with the roughly chopped dry fruits (dates, anjeer, cashews, almonds, and pistachios) and add a pinch of saffron. Let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. **Blend**: Transfer the soaked mixture to a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth paste.
