Dal makhani is made with soaked udad daal or rajma. Boiled with water 🌊 1 tablespoon desi ghee, salt 🧂

Cream grevy with fresh amul cream and lots of butter 🧈 simple used tomato 🍅 garlic 🧄 ginger 🫚 green chilli 🌶️ and use simple regular spices.

Kasuri methi -- 1 tablespoon
Salt 🧂 according to your test
