It's not just the TRUMP issue, New York has all sorts of obstacles that make life difficult for commuters, especially truckers. It can cost upwards of $50 in tolls just to enter & leave the city, plus a congestion toll they just added, plus added tolls if you park in certain streets, plus all sorts of fines, especially if you run a red light. Plus the ridiculously high taxes on diesel, makes it really easy to boycott NYC, honk honk π for TRUMP, MAGA victory honk ππ

Blockading NYC is dumb if you don't have the port containers to many warehouses to restock out of
If you pick a retailer or a specific good
Costco for instance (Chinese owned business)
If you refused them service for 3-5 days it would wreak havoc on their infrastructure
Or if you really want people to take notice Cigarettes and beer.
Most of it flows from just afew factories
