Martin Luther was Catholic and had the Greek Bible which they had for over 1500 years prior. He chose to use the Hebrew. Why tho?

I think protestants mostly reject the Apocrypha because the stories are unfamiliar and so they sound weird. Without realising that ALL the books sound weird to anyone who hasn't heard them before. That said, I have a protestant friend who affirms everything in Enoch.

Another reason why we have different bibles is because during the reformation, Martin Luther removed 7 books from the bible
