Thank you for all your hard work Dr Gregor, also for thinking of those with renal failure and insufficiency.
My wife is still alive thanks to her very carefully managed diet, something you have helped influence and assist in.
So you have all our families love.

Thank you for all you do. Years now following you and I’m so healthy, fit and happy
Love flaxseed meal with walnuts blueberries apple and cinnamon in the morning. With a little raw kale. If I’m really hungry I add beans. A little Green decaf tea too.

I hate flaxseeds but i can sprinkle them on salads sometimes or mix them into a bean patty. I buy them preground and keep them in the fridge.

When I’m making a waffle or pancakes I just use ground flaxseeds instead of eggs. It’s pretty great in ang baked goods that call for eggs.

Well Your World has really great salt-free spice and herb mixes. Never thought I would buy a spice mix but it is SO worth it. Pretty affordable on their website.

Thanks for the reminder, I put it in every morning smoothie I make along with so many fruits and powders/seeds.
I have heard that eating turmeric in capsule form will give you kidney or gallstone problems. Something about it getting stuck and not assimilated. Is there any truth to that?

If your favorite non salt seasoning is garlic powder but your tummy is rebelling try heating it with your food instead of adding at the last minute, this can help make it less sharp in the belly 💚
