Great shot. They'll remember that for their entire life. I know I would. When I grew up there was a broken down dozer in a field not far from my house and we would play on it for hours. That was in the late 60's.

Definitely much safer than me and my brother being around farm equipment when growing up. Old farm equipment.

They are all still around so I’d say it’s ok. More kids die in cities than on cool old dozers

That was me as a child. I could operate a D8 by the time I was 6 and everything else by 12. I was hauling D8 and D9 by the time I was 15. We learned how to work very young. We hauled hay plowed fields miked cow at a very young ages. I worked construction by 13. My oldest son could drive a pickup by the time he was 4. He operated dozers, scrapers, loaders, excavators, and motor graders by 15.

Amazing but we all are engineers, contractors, and business owner, It is amazing what learning to work can do for you.
