It’s is completely normal for your lips to feel swollen and lumpy for the first few days. The trauma of the procedure causes the lips to swell temporarily but this will settle. Sometimes the lips may even look uneven, bruised and lumpy for a few days. By the end of the week, the lips should start to feel soft and the lumps disappear as the filler integrates.
You can expect your lips to be fully healed in 2 weeks. Any swelling or bruising should have subsided and your lips should feel back to normal except plumper, smoother and more hydrated.
It’s best to have your lips done at least 2 weeks before a big event.
