I really don't get why some people refuse to realize human bodies are diverse. I think it's part of how being born omnivores plays out. You see it in pets like dogs and cats. Some like sweet treats more. Some do better with raw food. Etc. Humans are like that, too. Folks like us need the meat and what goes with it. I'm taking Ozempic for my diabetes and my body is rather adamant that I need my meat and cheese and eggs. Veggies and some fruit are fine, too, but I couldn't live on them before and really can't now.
