Oh for the love of goodness! Yall are being ridiculous! They are not young children, they are nearly adults. They have a pool so you can bet they know how to swim. I'm sure Mom didn't walk away,and even if SHE did there was someone else right there with a camera who could help if things went sideways. This is a Mom playing a Joke on her nearly grown daughters..... having fun with them.... being present with them. I'd bet it's Dad who is videoing. At least her daughters aren't sitting in their dark bedrooms with a damn tablet in front of them playing games or talking to strangers because they don't know how to interact with people directly because they've been brought up with a tablet for a babysitter, while their Mom sits at the other end of the house with her phone in one hand and a glass of wine in the other one.
