This was actually relatable to me. I was sick at my Grandmother's house one time and she told me to drink the medicine but I wanted to play. She said that she will die if I don't drink the medicine.Of course I drank the medicine because I didn't want my grandmother to eie and a few months later...She died.

The meaning of this is pretty dark and heartbreaking unfortunatly if you do look deeper into this it is darker than it already is because all those things he had done to cc is prob because of the pain of his mothers death reasolting to when he was younger she had said to him open your mouth and take your medicine or ill die and at the time he was about 4-5 and he didn't understand so he took it and it took the wrong way round and she did end up dying and yeah when elizabeth was born it reminded him of his mother and treated her like his own daughter But she Hated him because he bullied cc And when she was going to get scooped by C.B Cc had seen it but didn't stop her because he was scared and couldn't move because of it and told everyone about it INCLUDED MICHAEL But michael didn't believe him and made Michael more angry with CC and oofed him :D and then regreted every bit of it
So when Michael was older he went to S.L because his father sent him there to go find Elizabeth [ perhaps smthn else ] And C.B and the rest made a plan to scoop "william" In resolt they killed Michael instead And blah,blah,blah
