Delicious. I also use another simple method without rising the dough : mix lukewarm water with flour (add a little sugar, salt, oil and flaxseed mill:). and store the dough mixture in a greased glass container overnight in the fridge, up to 24 hours or even 48 hours. When ready to make the pie/pancakes, leave the dough on the counter /room temp for maybe 20 minutes or a little longer before starting using it.
