I think Tracy’s Character Arc is the fact that she was only around for a small amount of time in the series, because she spent a small amount of time with Ted. So not only is everything we are seeing of her is endearing and lovely; but because everything we see is just a description of someone that’s already passed away. Tracy is just a perfect memory of how she is remembered

I love how they are so perfect for each other and she’s this wonderful girl and fate aligned so perfectly so that they would meet, fall in love, get married and have kids but just as I thought it was perfect they had to kill her off.
