Maestro is one of the other incredible families Skydog Ranch has brought back together. If anyone ever doubted that these horses form deep bonds with their family, Maestro was a very withdrawn, shy and anti social horse when he came to us. He would hide in the woods and try to keep trees between us when we would feed him. We gave him a mare he liked and he would stand with her but come nowhere near us. And then the day we brought his lead mare Gracie and new son Legacy to Skydog and he came to life. He has no worries about people or his new environment anymore because he has his family. He transformed the day they arrived. He is incredibly affectionate with Gracie, who we believe is Goliaths daughter, so it’s an all round family affair with these two bands. I hope we can bring more families back together this year. For now here is truly one of the most magnificent mustangs who ever walked the earth. Here is Maestro ❤️
