I love this movement done with the exaggerated stretch at the bottom. I've been doing these for a few months with an easy curl bar and that seems to take some pressure off my elbows, but I've only gotten up to 40kg for a 3 x 12
60kg is pretty impressive, especially if you haven't done them much.
