He never answered the actual question. So I will. The answer no. They are not justified because Mary’s lineage has Nathan, son of David, who is a descendant of Judah. Joseph’s lineage has Solomon, son of David. Nathan and Solomon were brothers (1 Chronicles 3:1-9). So Joseph and Mary are super distant cousins and both descended from Judah.
I don’t know what the other noise was about.

This is analysis without understanding. Jesus certainly did fulfill prophetic scriptures and is the Messiah. It is not relative tradition that He fulfilled but specific predictions.

It's even simpler.
Jews don't believe Jesus to be the messiah because they're the Jews that didn't belive Jesus was the messiah.
The ones who did are christians.
