This is Quinn's first lesson in touching a particular spot vs touching an object I am holding. First I took a piece of blue painter's tape and stretched it between my 3 fingers. I asked Quinn to 'touch it'. She tried to eat it. On the third piece, I had her calmed down enough that she touched it with her nose and I did a "jackpot" treat (several in a row, given quickly). Once she was touching (vs eating), I moved the piece of tape to my knee and that's when I realized I should be recording. This is our first attempt at this. She knows the touch cue quite well. This is the first step in moving it from my hand to anywhere I point.

Quinn is a almost 1yr 10mos (will be 2 in Oct '18).
