There is a treasure. It's history , mystery and the who and when they came. The scraps they left behind are a testimony of presence and not a certainty of presently.
For all the visitors : Vikings , Templars, Pirates , European and Spanish . The one thing in common is they left .

When I started Watching I was intrigued by the Idea and premise.
Some of the things they did seemed silly, and I t just got tiring watching them find a button or a nail and digging a billion holes when simpler methods would suffice. And they narrator, repeating everything said from a minute before, OMG that narrator, his voice will forever haunt me. The show is only dragging this out to make more money, hopefully I guess so Rick and Marty can recoup some of the cash they have wasted.

Oh God, enough already. There is no treasure. This tired show format has been beat to death. The oak island mystery is a joke now. The only curse is that the show won't go away. Why are we being tortured by this again? Let me guess.....a new "clue" seems promising until the last few minutes of the episode and then dead-ends. Wow! What a surprise!

The real treasure is the historical revelations, and the quest to unraveling historical mysteries! I believe deposits and withdrawals have been being made on Oak Island throughout oceans of time. In my opinion, it's not unreasonable to think that some treasure has been lost and some forgotten. I hope they find something really big!
