10. WHAT IS THE INITIAL AMOUNT FOR A PLOT & WHAT DOCUMENT IS GIVEN?
a. Initial deposit is N200,000
b. A starter kit is given which includes; Purchase Invoice, Receipt(s) of payment(s), Acknowledgment Letter, Deed of Contract and customized other gifts.
11. AFTER COMPLETION OF ALL PAYMENTS, WHAT NEXT?
Letter of Allocation, Physical allocation on site, Handover Letter, Registered Survey and Deed of Assignment will all be given and each Subscriber may commence activity on their land.
