Such as members of national assemblies, governments, and international courts of law; university chancellors, professors of social science, history, philosophy, law and theology; leaders of peace research institutes and institutes of foreign affairs; previous Nobel Peace Prize laureates, board members of organizations that have received the Nobel Peace Prize; present and past members of the Norwegian Nobel Committee; and former advisers of the Norwegian Nobel Institute. They would never let us peasants nominate someone.

Obama did not deserve the Nobel peace price, it is a committee that selects the winners, that year one of our top politicians was part of that, and it was for him to get political attention. Most of Norwegians disagreed to the win even though Obama was very popular in Norway. It was restructuring in the committee after this. As it violated Nobel edicts on who get nominated to get it. And it sank the career of the politician.
