Yeah I'm torn because I feel the same way, like he had an established 'thing' and it feels like the author realized he needed more quirks only after he scaled the villains to all have multiple powers.
But if they had led with this, like he spent the whole series trying to unlock and master everything one at a time, it'd work for me. Deku has always been a superhero strategy nerd trying to think through the best ways to use quirks. Giving him the "you're just super powerful" quirk was always a bit of a weird fit but it worked because his body's limitations made him get creative with how to use that power differently.
But now it's like "hey forget that AllMight power, here's a bunch more that you'll learn to use in one episode" and it feels super forced

Isn't it crazy that the literal quirk to pass along quirks means that the next user would have the quirk from the previous users; if you listened to what all might told midoriya, the stockpiling quirk given by all for one combined with Yoichi's quirk to pass quirks along and it created one for all. The quirk stockpiles energy but also passes the quirks of the users along unless they were quirkless

Personally I disagree. Giving a character like Midoriya, who's whole thing is using his brain to come up with a solution, all of these powers helps to build his character allowing him to use his smarts to combine all of the quirks together
