When i used to do a full beat itd also take me 4-5 hours!! Granted that was also when i didnt have eyebrows so i had to draw them on, plus id bedazzle my forehead with some bling too... So those two things prob took an hour each on their own! But several hours for a full face with intricate eyeshadow and lips and everything takes a lot of time!! Especially if youre a perfectionist and really have to focus to get things "just right" and up to your standards!! I absolutely adore the way you do your makeup and think you should take all the time you want and need!! 😍😍👌👌🤩

I love it! I also find it so annoying when influencers are like get ready with me in 10 minutes and it looks flawless when for me it takes 10 minutes to just put on sunscreen and moisturiser 😁 so in general for my make up to look ok but without any cool design or colours it takes about on hour, but to go all out I would say 2 hours - 2.

It depends on where I’m going. If it’s on the way to work I can do my makeup quick like primer, concealer, blush, lips(balm/quick color or gloss), sometimes highlighter if I’m speedier that day. But if I’m going out or it’s a holiday I take my time especially when the event look is just as fun as the event. I throw on music, (normally in theme with the look/event/vibe I’m going for) or for confidence support I’ll put on certain artists to help me say perfect my winged liner I’ll listen to some Gaga or Amy Winehouse, if I’m going for something “fresh faced” with a sun-kissed blush and highlight I’ll listen to TSwift, if I’m going for say a red lip it depends on the type of red lip I’m going for, Xmas red lip=TSwift, October red lip=Rocky Horror, Out on the town?=Madonna for funzies (but honestly doing your makeup to early Madonna is something I think everyone should try at least once!) but I digress…

I love that you do you. I personally don't have time always to spend like that. So i have different versions depending on how much time I have. And I do prefer feeling unencumbered by time. So, if I'm going to an important event like a wedding or something, shower, hair and makeup takes 1.5 hours. Going to work? 45 minutes. Running to pick up my son from school? 30 minutes max. However, I almost always wear something.
