I had seen @sarahdoessourdough and @sourdoughanny use these baskets. And while I didn't love the appearance, the price was hard to beat.
BUT...would they cold proof the loaf the same way as a banneton?
Would there be a noticeable difference?
The answer.... think the video shows clear as day...is that these budget friendly baskets can hold their own against bannetons.
If you're starting a micro or cottage bakery, I highly recommend starting out with these baskets.

They are both beautiful! I don’t know what the difference is practically speaking. What is really nice is each post one can feel the love and care put into all you back. The quality of loving care comes across LOUD! ❤
