I have fought both the scorcher and the balloon guy. Both really cool. Scorcher pops his head off after his health bar gets low and it will run around and attack you as well!

The baloon hulk elite is such a PITA to fight (or even just run away from if alerted), you basically have to break line of sight and glitch him out until you can pop him (literally).
