The day before mix the ingredients below and put in a fridge
200g sourdough Discard
240g soy milk
2.5 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
240g bread flour
Next morning mix the ingredients below and rest for 20 min
2 tbsp flaxseed
6 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp bp
1/2 tsp bs
And bake with a waffle pan or normal pan like pancakes
