Cave diving is genuinely one of the stupidest and most dangerous things someone can do. It also sounds like she hadn't had cave diving instruction, which someone should at minimum have been certified in before they ever dive into any underwater cave. There are far more and more complex risks and things to know than with regular diving...she didn't know what she didn't know, but it is also on her partner to check if she knew those things and then to tell her she needed to learn them first!

Let's not forget the life insurance policy that He had her sign away before He killed her. None to mention the fact that he takes heap sakes and presents off of her grave whenever family or friends leave them at her gravestone. He might just be the devil incarnatem

If she was such an accomplished diver in new all that kind of stuff then she should have known better than to go diving after being awake for 24 hours and being tired and the safety issues with her gear so therefore she was not an accomplished diver
