Honestly though like including when doing calishtenics its like you gotta wait when its weight lifting you can lower it but in calisthenics its like hell in my opinion

You know what I’ve noticed. When you don’t want to work out. But still go there to at least show up. It makes the world of a difference. It’s a glitch. Idk it just works with everything. for me at least
