I used to watch your videos years ago and then I stopped. Yee I'd def agree! I binge eat a lot when I'm sad or stressed. what's really helped me to not be so hurtful to myself about my weight is realising that my weight and mental health are linked. If I work on the latter weight loss will probs just happen and also I'll be stronger, so actively trying to lose weight will be easier
plus is the mean time, being chubby is okay y'know? Its not what I want but its a beautiful way to be for those that want it~

I've experienced this first hand. I've learned after successfully losing weight and gaining it all back plus more, that I need to make my mental health a top priority as I do my physical health. One impacts the other!
