Im not a tora but I became that way...
Sometime I forget my classmates are younger then me 😅 BUT!
Its not a reason to be unproductive (Im in university and they don't know and dont even have the brain cells to google "how to do the mathematical rule of three")... Sorry I was triggered 😅

This… this is how I felt.
I run a restaurant, I want to improve it in many ways so all of us, yes, including my employees would get a better earnings. But all of them feel complacent and just ok with the way things are.
When you have passion but those around you don’t seem to be in the same mindset as you are. It’s so hard to run the place without being forceful and bossy.
