I did those and more and still got stage 3 BC in my early 40โs. Didnโt even have the gene. I just barely survived this past year and dream of seeing my kids grow up๐ข

I got two different types of cancer due to high levels of estrogen. I wish I had known about this risk when I was in my 20s and 30s so that I could have done something to reduce my estrogen and balance my hormones back then. Now I have absolutely NO estrogen (due to having no ovaries and taking hormone blockers) and it is a hard road to hoe, especially being in my late 40s

Iโve done those things plus several other things have been implemented! I exercise regular & I eat a very healthy diet! The majority of the time, itโs organic food, no processed foods, no chemicals in my house, in cleaning products or makeup! I got breast cancer anyway! Go figure!?!?

My mom was a breastcancer survivor. It was a total fluke, thanks to someone who actually questioned her mammogram. When her type wasn't detectible by mammogram. She had a cyst removed 30 years prior and caused a bit of scarring and calcification. So the magnificent dr said, "Why don't we do a needle biopsy there?"". There was cancer. Quickly took action. Moms in heaven now, but it wasn't cancer.she was cancer free for over 20 years.
I'm immunocomprimised on treatments for something else, but i wish i would have gone before mom. Life just isn't the same. I admire you.i hope you keep going and beating it all the time.
I think people die from a broken heart but i don't know how many. Keep smiling it looks really good on you.โค
