The power system in the One Piece universe is much more exaggerated than the demon slayer, but you prepared this video based on sword skills. Even assuming they don't use khaki and their physical strength is equal, Yoruichi can never keep up with the speed of the top swordsmen in One Piece, so I think the max swordsman he can fight is Denjiro or something.

How many attacks Yoriichi has? I doubt more than Zoro, can he not cut a paper with full force swing and cut a rock with simple touch? How good he knows personality of his katana, can he control her will with his own? In how many battles on the bring of death in which he had to adapt and evolve just to survive he was? Has he even fought more battles then someone like Mihawk or maybe he trained way harder than Zoro, idk about your opinion but imo OP swordsmanship is way superior
