Rice beans and chicken and corn for lunch for breakfast a smoothie with a banana 7 strawberries homemade peanut butter clean yogurt protein powder with almond milk for me the breakfast smoothie has helped me drop like 8 pounds and I am usually not hungry till 6pm and I drink it at 730 ish
