I gurantee that hes not actually doing anything either. He probably has workers or a bot set up to try the exact same exploits on any small startup it can find, and its set up to automatically report it to the website. If you want to make money, focus on big companies because they hate guys like this as this is unethical and they usually will refuse to pay them. They try only to pay people who are actually using skills
