d営業所において、原告とその部下であるk次長とm主任との人間関係は修復困難な状況であったこと、原告とd営業所の従業員との間の関係について良好でなかった面があったこと、労働審判においてd営業所所長の地位にあることが確認されなかったことに対して原告が異議を申し立てていなかったこと、原告が復職を申し入れた時点において、d営業所にk次長とm主任が運行管理者として残っていたことから、原告をd営業所に復職させなかったことについての合理性が認められるとして、復職配慮義務違反は認められませんでした。
