Really great drawing
I'd like to point some things to make it even greater if that's okay with you

You gave a lot of detail to the hair and eyes (and they look really nice btw) but there are almost no details to the rest of the drawing so it creates a certain discrepancy. I'd suggest adding some sort of shading (like the shadows the fringe would make or a more apparent shadow in the neck), but you can also do less details in general for a more chibi-like style

Another thing is anatomy of the head, it seems the purpleish eye is too close to the corner of the skull and has some assimetry to the other eye. Please take some time to study anatomy, it adds a lot to the overall "feel" of the drawing.

I'd also like to add some things which i really liked about your drawing, like the torso's perspective. I like how you captured the 3/4 angle so greatly
Also, the level of detail in the hair is enviable. If i had to guess, i think that's the part where you spent the most time on this drawing and it surely paid off, it's really beautiful

Oh, and the background
It's really creative, and I specially liked the dotted doodles
Most people just do a gradient or a square so i salute you for putting in the extra work to make it stand out more (and it worked)
