Joe Perry looks to be playing a Fender Custom Shop Jeff Beck '54 Esquire, routed for a Strat tremolo and trem; in particular it looks like it has a Vega bridge update. Both reverse headstock of course.
The Hollywood Vampires played a handful of Beck's songs during the tribute part of their shows at every show. Johnny Depp & Jeff Beck became "best friends & like brothers" as they've both stated before for many years. Johnny has credited Jeff & his wife Sandra as helping him through the crazy time in his life. He said he felt like he was home with them where he could be himself & heal from the last decade.
Jeff Beck passed away shortly after he & Johnny ended their US tour in January of 2023. Johnny was there wuth Jeff when he passed away, with Sandra Beck his loving wife by his side.
He was a pioneer of guitar playing, a fun loving man, & he created a plethora of sounds by his natural talent to write music & his unbelievable techniques. He also was known for modifying his guitar headstock, neck, string, the tension & many other oddities that made Beck sound like Beck.
