I am So, So, So, So, So Normal about Explorers of Sky and that's the most basic take in the world.
Every part of it's narrative is expertly crafted and I wish I could trust the world to have the patience required for me to go on about every scene for half an hour.
Team Skull are a great way that the game uses the tropes of Pokemon to really lay in that you start on the bottom rung of the world. Zubats and Koffing are just Jobber Pokemon, filler spaces that Team Rocket Grunts have, and they still manage to come off as a problem for you, it's SO good. Make me EARN that prestige!

Quick question: Did they die in Brine Cave? We never see them again, they've been beaten by pokemon that ACTUALLY want to kill you, and seem to take their last dying breaths
