Ironically that this is the first time I got an understandable explanation why even the powerless men profit from patriarchy and it came from a man...

I don't know why a man would think he is superior to women or vice versa. People with such beliefs are weird in my eyes. Modern dudes I know don't tend to see themselves as superior to women, except perhaps in believing they could probably lift more weight than most women or something like that.

This is an absurd presentation of the idea of patriarchy. Under patriarchy, a man's value is derived from the position of power he holds and his ability to provision. A woman is placed upon a pedestal for beauty and femininity, her value being that of nurturing and childbearing. The primary difference between the Sexes is that for a man, his value is performative for a woman her value is innate. A man at the bottom of a social hierarchy, though he may hold the hope that he can Elevate himself, in fact is worth less than a woman because he cannot provide and provision. He is both invisible to women and disrespected by his superiors.

The cost of patriarchy is paid buy non-productive males, those at the bottom of the social hierarchy who have no status or wealth, and unattractive or post childbearing women with no children. A woman may always have status as a mother, grandmother, so forth, and be deemed deserving of protection and provision. A man who has no ability to provide or protect is regarded as less than a dog.

While there have been many sociological movements to deal with the issue of patriarchy, whether it be democracy, communism, feminism, there is no real escape from it. Egalitarian societies or pre- patriarchy societies are primitive Societies are always overwhelmed and enslaved by patriarchal societies. There is no greater motivator for capital accumulation and achievement then that of lineage in status for a man. And societies which do not offer this Avenue to men are overwhelmed by those societies which do. Once a civilization has accumulated capital in the division of labor, all societies failing to do so become their slaves.

No matter how much we all like to delude ourselves about morality, goodness, and religion, we all understand that the world is ruled by only the considerations of wealth and power, and though we may try to shrink from such competitions the result is that you are overwhelmed with servitude and poverty.

If all men are elevated and are devalued how men have to earn value while women have are desired for being women. And what women in Work force spend work time making unrelated personal small talk
